Now in its fourth incarnation, the Movie Maniacs line has taken on a dark life of its own. What began as a series of horror toys has evolved into an action figure line that encompasses a broader range of film characters, from psycho nasties to cyborgs. This fourth Movie Maniacs series is McFarlane Toys' broadest and most compelling yet.
McFarlane Toys' first foray into oversized Movie Maniacs action figures in 2000 (Michael Myers and Freddy Krueger) met with such instant popularity, we decided to make another set for 2001. This year, we're offering Leatherface and the ultra-popular Ash as 18-inch maniacs. Each is fully articulated and both feature motion-activated voice chips with authentic movie sounds.
