Hong Kong Phooey stands approximately 6.5 inches tall, and is made from a heavy duty P.V.C. style plastic, which tends to be a bit more durable and lighter in weight than the Resin models. The base is approximately 3 inches wide, and has the characters name on the front. This Bobble Head is a little different, as it's the Body, and not the Head, that moves.
When touched, Hong Kong Phooey's Body will wobble about.
