3.) Do you have a shop I can visit?
At the moment, we are mail order only. However, there are plans to open an AFA store in the high street in the very near future. Watch this space!

4.) How much will delivery cost?
To ensure that your order arrives safely, we do make a small charge for delivery. Please refer to the delivery / returns page for a guide table on shipping cost. You can find it here.

5.) Can you deliver internationally?
Yes, we can deliver orders outside the United Kingdom. Your postage rates are calculated for you at the checkout stage. These rates are not set instone so please contact us for postage rates, we may be able to get a better price for you.

6.) When will my goods be delivered?
Items marked ‘in stock’ are held by AFA and are usually dispatched within one working day. If an item is marked "Usually Ships From Warehouse Within 1 Week" , we will dispatch that item as soon as it arrives in stock, this is within 7 days but usually sooner. Should your order contains items that are both ‘in stock’ and items that are for order, we will dispatch your items as they become available. Please be aware that we will only charge you for postage on the first dispatch. If we have to specifically request your item from a supplier, the arrival of the item to our warehouse can take 10 - 15 working days. Once an item has been dispatched, it should be delivered within three to five working days. Please be aware that AFA allows 21 days from the date of despatch before we will investigate the non-arrival of an item. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us.

Pre-order this item now! Although this item may arrive at any time, we estimate the manufacturer to release this item in the month and year listed next to the item (for example, October 2010). Please note that this date is estimated and is subject to change at any time due to possible, and often likely, manufacturer delays. We ship on a first-come, first served basis, so your order will be processed and shipped in the order it was received. We will not charge your credit card until the item comes in stock.

7.) Are there restrictions on deliveries?
We reserve the right not to deliver orders to an address that may not be secure, for example to a communal postal address or a PO Box. If this affects your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. If you have ordered a high price point item, AFA may reserve the right to deliver to your billing address only. Should this be the case, we will contact you after you have placed your order.

8.) What happens if I’m not home when you deliver?
If you are not available, the Royal Mail or courier service will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Please follow the instructions on the card to rearrange your delivery or to collect your products.

9.) Can I cancel my order?
You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of your receipt of your goods. If you wish to cancel your order, you must tell us in writing by contacting us. Please quote your order number on your email or letter. You should make sure that the item is in a resalable condition and that the item is still in its original packaging with all seals and wrapping undamaged. Should you cancel your order, you should return your goods to us.

10.) How do I return my goods?
If you would like to return a purchase, you may do so within 28 days of the date of dispatch. The item must be in a resalable condition and in its original and undamaged packaging. Please post the item, together with the dispatch note to our address. Please be aware that we will not refund you the cost of the postage.

11.) What if my goods are faulty?
In the event of faulty goods, you may return them to us by post or you can contact us to arrange a courier to retrieve them. In either case, you will be refunded the full cost of the item as well as the cost of postage.

12.) I am a collector. Can you ensure that the packaging will be mint?
Yes! We offer our unique "mint condition promise". We expertly pack your item using cardboard boxes and filler. We do no bend or crush your item to fit it inside a box. Please refer to the Mint Condition Promise page for more information.
