Delivery to any UK address is just £3.79, no matter how big, heavy or expensive the order is!
For all overseas orders, delivery cost is automatically calculated at the checkout based on the weight of the total parcel. This service is only an estimate and we cannot guarantee accuracy of cost. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
Orders over £35 are automatically upgraded to a tracked service for no extra charge.
All orders outside of the UK will be shipped with tracking as standard, with no exception.
We can deliver your order to either your billing address or an address of your choice, for example that of your workplace. Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or, for larger parcels, a courier company.
Once your order has been shipped we will send you an e-mail to let you know your delivery has left our offices and is with the delivery guys.
If for any reason an item is temporarily out of stock we will contact you by e-mail with an anticipated dispatch date. Alternatively, we are happy to offer a full refund should the new delivery date not be acceptable to you.
Please note we will only ship to billing addresses for overseas orders.

Pre-order this item now! Although this item may arrive at any time, we estimate the manufacturer to release this item in the month and year listed next to the item (for example, October 2010). Please note that this date is estimated and is subject to change at any time due to possible, and often likely, manufacturer delays. We ship on a first-come, first served basis, so your order will be processed and shipped in the order it was received. We will not charge your credit card until the item comes in stock.
We will endevour to dispatch instock items on the same day its paid for. Expect to receive your stuff within 4 - 5 working days, but usually 48 hours for instock items. Large items (such as chess sets or statues) usually take longer to dispatch. Where possible we shall notify you of any anticipated or known delays.
Orders that are placed for multiple items will be shipped to include all in stock products. We will provide a full refund for any out of stock items included on the order.
Large / expensive items will be sent fully insured and with full tracking details so that you can check on the progress of your order.

My Order has not Arrived?:
"My order was posted 3 days ago and have not received it yet. What should I do?"
Take the following steps:
1. Your item is delayed in the postal system. Wait another 3 to 5 days before going to Step 2.
2. Phone your local postal collection centre and ask if they have a parcel for your address. Often postal workers forget to leave a "Sorry we missed you notice" if you were not available when they came to deliver.
3. It's been over 7 working days (excludes Sat & Sunday) and still no delivery. Please contact Customer Services for assistance.
All our products are carefully checked prior to shipping. If you would like to return a purchase, you may do so within 28 days of the date of dispatch. The item must be in a resaleable condition and in its original and undamaged packaging. Please post the item, together with the dispatch note to the address below. Please be aware that we will not refund you the cost of the postage.
In order to obtain a refund on an item, it must be returned to us unused, unopened and in a saleable condition accompanied with the original box.
In the event that the goods are damaged on arrival AFA will replace the goods without charge or offer a full refund after they have been returned for inspection.Please note that our items are not toys and are sold for collectors & enthusiasts to display or keep in the original packaging. It is therefore ESSENTIAL that any item is unopened, and is still sealed inside the packaging. Items that have been opened, used or played with in any way will not be refunded or replaced. Please ensure you enclose your invoice with the item as we cannot accept items without documentation of some kind.
Returns must be sent back to the address supplied within 7 days of receipt.
Please ensure you obtain proof of postage for your returns, as we can only issue refunds for items we receive. Items lost in post on return to us will be your responsibility and you should contact Royal Mail for further instruction.
AFA can only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error. We will only refund standard postage cost for 1st or 2nd class post. For special or extremely heavy items please contact us before sending.
Please be aware that you will be liable for any postage costs incurred.
Once we have received your parcel we will credit a full refund for the returned items back to the card with which you originally made the purchase. Due to bank processing times, you should allow up to 14 days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Orders which have been cancelled will be subject to 20% admin fee.
